About the role
The Food & Beverage team plays a key part of the daily hotel operations by ensuring a high level of excellent guest service to our patrons and in-house guests. The position will require mostly shifts in the evening on weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
Key responsibilities
- Taking orders and delivering meals, ensuring tasks are completed to the highest standard
- Provide and deliver an excellent level of guest service at all times
- Work together cohesively as part of a team
About you
- RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification is required before starting
- Minimum 6-12 months food and beverage service experience is required
- Barista coffee experience is preferred
- Adaptable availability for all shifts including weekdays, weekends and public holidays is essential
- A minimum availability of 16-24 hours per week is required for this part-time position
