An exciting opportunity has opened for some customer focused and dedicated Medical Receptionist to join the Central Melbourne reception team , this will include various clinics such as Collins Street, East Melbourne, Caufield, Camberwell and Victoria House (South Yarra).

This will be a Full-Time Position working Monday - Friday with shifts between the hours of 6:30am and 8:30pm

What will you be doing?

- Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Efficiently manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling.
- Handle patient enquiries, ensuring accurate information is provided.
- Maintain organized patient records and assist with administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure smooth clinic operations.





Our Ideal Candidate

- Previous medical receptionist experience (highly desirable but not essential)
- Customer service/Administration Experience
- Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn and develop
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
