About the role

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of the Sales Department by overseeing the coordination of truck movements between the dealership and external suppliers, supporting customer deliveries, andmaintainingan organised and professional dealership setting.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily truck movements within the dealership and to external suppliers.
- Assistwith truck deliveries and customer handovers.
- Maintain a clean,organisedand safe dealership yard.
- Ensure all vehicle storage and parking areas are presented to a high standard.
- Support the overall efficiency and presentation of the dealership.

Skills & Experience

- Knowledge of automotive industry includingpreviousstock control experience and or knowledge of export procedures andlogistics
- Must havea valid Driver’s licence,HR/HC/MC Drivers Licencean advantage
- Excellent communication, attention to detailand time management skills
- Professionalpresentation
- Advanced computer skills including word processing and spreadsheets
