InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort on the Gold Coast is hiring a part time Reservations Agent. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling enquiries, bookings, amendments and cancellations with professionalism to maximise occupancy and guest satisfaction.

Reporting to the Revenue Manager, you will use Opera PMS and collaborate with Front Office, Sales, and other teams to deliver personalised service and ensure a seamless guest journey.
