We are seeking Educators to join our team on a casual basis.

You’ll work alongside a team of dedicated professionals to provide engaging, quality learning experiences for children aged 0-5 years.

We're offering a variety of casual, flexible shift options to suit your lifestyle and availability!

Morning shift: 6.30am - 10.30am

Afternoon shift: 2.00pm - 6.30pm

(Depending on your availability and interests, we can discuss a full day, morning-only, afternoon-only, or combined shifts.)

Responsibilities

- Assist in the preparation, implementation and evaluation of developmentally appropriate programs for individual children or groups.
- Record observations of individual children or groups for program planning purposes for qualified staff.
- Set up, facilitate, and clean down after our play-based activities.
- Create a friendly, stimulating and interactive learning environment.
- Provide a safe and welcoming environment for all children and families.
- Develop trusting and honest relationships withchildren, families, colleagues, management and community stakeholders.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Hold or actively working towards a recognised Early Childhood Education and Care qualification (Certificate III, Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, Cert IV in Education Support,



B.Ed (Early Childhood))
- Hold or be willing to obtain Blue Card.
- Hold or be willing to obtain First Aid/CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training.
- Knowledge and understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and Child Protection laws
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- A genuine passion for working with young children and a commitment to their development and well-being.
- Ability to work as part of a collaborative team in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with Childcare and Xplor and Playground would be highly regarded.
