Current Vehicle Sales Cadet – Eastern Honda (Full-Time)

Eastern Honda is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic New Vehicle Sales Consultant Cadet to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start their career in automotive sales. You don't need years of automotive or sales experience — we're looking for someone with the right attitude, energy and willingness to learn.

As a Sales Consultant Cadet, you'll receive hands-on training and support while learning all aspects of the new vehicle sales process, working alongside an experienced and supportive team.

About the role

As a New Vehicle Sales Consultant Cadet, you'll learn how to:

- Welcome customers and create a positive showroom experience
- Build rapport with customers and understand their needs
- Learn about the Honda vehicle range, features and technology
- Conduct vehicle presentations and demonstrations
- Assist customers through the test-drive process
- Respond to phone, email and online enquiries
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Learn how to prepare quotes and vehicle proposals
- Assist with finance and other dealership products and services
- Follow up leads and maintain regular contact with customers




- Learn the end-to-end new vehicle sales process
- Work towards achieving individual and dealership sales targets
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow dealership processes
- Work closely with the Sales Manager and wider dealership team
- Provide an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery

Previous automotive or sales experience is desirable but not essential. We are happy to consider candidates from retail, hospitality, customer service, administration or other customer-facing backgrounds who are looking to take the next step in their career.
