The Findlay Group’s Truganina batter blending facility is now hiring a Casual Production Operator to support our growing operations producing gluten‑free coating systems including pre‑mixes, specialty products, and a variety of batter styles for commercial customers across New Zealand and Australia.

About the Role:

Position: Production Operator

Schedule: The plant operates Monday to Friday 6.00am – 3.00pm

Rate: $29 – $30.20 per hour (depending on experience)

We offer full training — no prior experience required!You'll be involved in:

- Measuring and mixing ingredients – Manual handling of up to 25 kg bags
- Cleaning the factory floor and equipment on regular basis
- Operating machinery and monitoring processes




- Reporting safety hazards or equipment issues
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

What We’re Looking For – Essential Criteria:

- Basic maths skills
- Strong team player with a reliable and punctual work ethic
- Enthusiastic, energetic attitude
- Alignment with our core values: Sustainability, Commitment, Integrity & Community
- Commitment to Health & Safety policies and procedures

Desirable Skills – A Bonus, But Not Essential:

- HR truck licence
- Experience in Health & Safety
- Basic computer skills
- Background in the food industry
