Hotel Services Worker | Casual

We’re looking for a dedicated Cleaning, Laundry & Kitchenhand to join the team at St Andrews Aged Care in Tallebudgera.

Help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment—making a real difference in the lives of our residents by ensuring they feel at home and cared for.

Location : St Andrews Aged Care, Tallebudgera, QLD

Role Type : Casual – (approx 30hrs/fortnight)

Remuneration : $35.40 - $38.22 per hour (includes 25% casual loading) + Super + Salary Packaging + Staff Discounts

About the Role

Due to the nature of the role, flexibility is essential. You must be available to work across a 7‑day roster and be willing to pick up shifts at short notice, including covering unplanned leave and absences.

This is an all-round Hotel Services role, including a mix of:

- Cleaning resident rooms and communal areas
- Catering support (food preparation, meal service and dishwashing)
- Laundry duties (washing, folding and distributing linen and clothing)

About You

- Experience as a Cleaner, Laundry Assistant, Kitchen Hand or similar (aged care experience highly regarded)
- Compassionate and committed to delivering respectful, person-centred care
- Flexible, reliable, and willing to support the team when needed
- Enjoy working as part of a team to create a positive setting for residents

What You’ll Be Doing

Personalised Care and Connection

- Support meal services tailored to residents’ needs and preferences
- Build meaningful connections with residents—your interactions can make their day
- Assist with kitchen and meal service duties

Hotel Services Support

- Maintain clean, tidy,



and welcoming living spaces
- Assist with laundry services including washing, folding and distribution
- Contribute to a safe, hygienic environment for residents and staff
