KB Seafood Co, based in Morningside, is seeking a Quality Control Assistant to join our quick-paced QA Team. If you’re detail-focused, reliable, and committed to quality, this role offers full-time hours and stable employment.

You will monitor production processes, conduct routine checks with scale, metal detector, gas analyser, and thermometers, and maintain records for traceability. Experience in food safety and HACCP is essential, and you must be able to work in cold temperatures and in a team.
