Uniting (Victoria and Tasmania) Ltd is seeking a Case Worker - Kinship Care in Broadmeadows to support and monitor children and young people in statutory kinship care placements. You will develop and review care plans, coordinate with carers and care teams, and advocate for the voices of the young people.

You will also lead care team meetings, maintain case documentation, and manage transition planning to support permanency and positive outcomes for children and young people in kinship care,
