Join Our Team as a Chiropractic Care Assistant in Port Macquarie NSW!

Wage: $30.45 per hour + superannuation

Hours: Tuesday to Thursday (all day) and Friday (morning)

Level: Entry – Mid

At Aligned Chiro, we're looking for a dedicated Chiropractic Care Assistant to join our high-tech, patient-focused clinic. You'll play a key role in our mission to naturally enhance health through chiropractic care — working closely with our team to transform lives.

12–18 Month Ascension Pathway

We invest in your growth from day one:

- Probation— $30.45/hr with full training to become autonomous in your role
- CA — $31.70/hr as you take on more responsibility
- Senior CA — $33/hr with the ability to train new Chiropractic Assistants

What You'll Do

- Own the front desk — greet and engage with patients
- Manage patient flow and the clinic's automation systems, including care programs and payments
- Perform admin tasks: accounts, stock management, and scheduling
- Assist the Chiropractor with nerve scans, patient education, spinal orthotics fitting, and exercise consults
- Book new patients,



answer phone inquiries, and deliver exceptional care at every touchpoint

Your Hours

Tuesday to Thursday: 7:45am – 12:15pm and 1:45pm – 6:00/6:30pm, Fridays: 7.45am to 12.30pm
