We are looking for a reliable Yard Person to join our team at the Virginia yard. You will play a key part in keeping our scaffolding stock organised, our trucks loaded and ready, and our yard running safely and efficiently each day. This role starts early, so it suits someone who is a genuine morning person and enjoys hands on, physical work.

Key responsibilities

- Loading and unloading scaffold materials and equipment from trucks
- Sorting, stacking, and storing scaffold components correctly around the yard
- Preparing and checking equipment ahead of dispatch to site
- Keeping the yard clean, organised, and safe
- Supporting stocktake and inventory checks
- Assisting with forklift work where licensed to do so

About you

- Current manual driver's licence




- Construction White Card
- Comfortable with early starts, generally between 4am and 5am (usually 8-9 hour days)
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual, repetitive work
- Reliable, punctual, and safety conscious
- Willing to work as part of a team in an outdoor yard setting
