About the Position
We have an exciting opportunity for a Production Planning Administrator to join our team. This position plays a critical role in the administration of planning/forecasting, scheduling, mobilisation and compliance of our workforce, ancillary equipment and fleet across multiple businesses.
This is a part-time position based in Mackay, Monday – Friday, suit school hours 20-25 hours per week. This position will work with internal operations, and external clients to develop forecasts and reports to ensure informed planning. You will work in a highly dynamic environment, with responsibility for utilising resources throughout the businesses whilst adapting to changing scopes and milestones.
Key Responsibilities
- Continuously reviewing and updating client contractor management systems such as CMS to ensure company is compliance for site works
- Maintenance of fleet register and all associated servicing and compliance requirements
- Management of Navman and 4PS across the fleet and ancillary equipment
- Dealing with various regulatory bodies, including preparation and lodgement of required forms
- Maintenance of multiple databases and client portals
- Management of related requisitions
- Equipment repair quotes and reporting
- Preparation of and record management of all people, fleet and compliance documentation
- Adhere to all workplace health and safety requirements at all times
- Follow the rules and regulations of each specific site whilst following SCIG policies and procedures
- Proactively assisting other team members in achieving the company objectives a
Qualifications
- Previous experience in scheduling and forecastingideally in a mining, engineering or construction industry
- Intermediate to advanced skills in the Microsoft suite
- Knowledge and experience in SAP (preferred)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet conflicting deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable in engaging with and influencing stakeholders
- Well-presented and energetic
- Ability to multi-task, demonstrate resilience and work under pressure
