Melba Support Services is seeking a part time Disability Support Worker for SIL with a person-led approach to empower clients in Independent Living. The role operates within the Victorian SIL/ISL settings, offering chance to contribute to meaningful daily supports and community participation.

You will work across program contexts, maintain documentation, follow safety and safeguarding procedures, and collaborate with families and service providers to ensure high-quality, rights-based support.
