Our client is a well-established and growing manufacturer looking for an experienced Production Operative to join their growing team in Ringwood.

The position is temporary to permanent working Monday to Friday 10:30am - 7:30pm - paying £29-£30,000pa

Responsibilities

- - Preparing, blending, and processing products in line with production schedules and recipes.
- - Operating production equipment and carrying out basic fault finding where required.
- - Recording production data accurately and maintaining documentation.
- - Cleaning production equipment, process tanks, and production lines.
- - Ensuring the production area remains audit-ready.
- - Packaging and preparing finished goods for transfer to the warehouse.
- - Undertaking additional training and duties as required to support business operations.

Qualifications

- - Previous experience within a food manufacturing or production environment.




- - Experience working within a liquid processing or blending operation (desirable).
- - A technically minded approach with the ability to identify and resolve production issues.
- - The ability to accurately follow work orders, and production schedules.
- - Robust attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills.
- - The ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
- - Own transport due to the location and occasional shift flexibility.
