Due to growth, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Automotive Sales Trainee to join and grow within our tight-knit Beaudesert Sales Team. The person we’re seeking to complete our team will be a result-driven self-starter who genuinely loves building connections with people and will be an impeccable representative of our dealership's brand values.

About the role?

Based at our Beaudesert Dealership, you will learn and hone your skills to best connect with and help our customers find the perfect Toyota Vehicle for their needs. Your tasks include, but are not limited to:

- Building, developing, and fostering customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the purchasing journey.
- Identifying and converting sales leads into current business opportunities
- Learning, building, and maintaining an excellent product knowledge base
- Learning to adhere to best practice operating procedures, sales processes,



and data integrity standards
- Assisting with various showroom/admin tasks and operations
- Working with KPI’s and other performance outcomes
- 5-day work week with 2:30pm finish time on Saturday’s (RDO: Weekday + Sunday)

What are we looking for?

- Previous Retail/hospitality / Customer Service experience roles are highly regarded
- Passionate and committed to creating an amazing customer experience
- Genuine interest in the motor industry and driven to build a long-term, rewarding career
- A self-starter with a positive can-do attitude
- A Team Player who contributes to a fun, positive working environment
- Manual Driver’s Licence
