Boilermaker / Fabricator – Casual Position

An established and reputable fabrication workshop in Tingalpa is seeking experienced Boilermakers/Fabricators to join the team. This is a casual position offering flexibility and the opportunity to work on a variety of high-quality fabrication projects.

About the Role

This position involves workshop-based fabrication and welding duties, with occasional site work as required. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering quality workmanship while maintaining safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Performing welding and fabrication tasks to a high standard
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
- Utilising a range of metalworking tools and equipment
- Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient and safe workshop/site operations
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment

About You

- Significant experience as a Boilermaker or Fabricator within the Trades & Services industry




- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Boilermaker/Fabricator is required
- Strong welding skills with proficiency across multiple welding techniques
- Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding techniques is preferred
- Ability to accurately read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Solid safety awareness and commitment to workplace health and safety procedures
- Certificate III qualification in Boilermaking/Fabrication is required
- The right to work in Australia
