Based in Brisbane, Australia with operations at all major airports in Australia including Brisbane, Coolangatta, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth, we are seeking someone to join our busy Finance team.

Role Purpose

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Officer to join our team on a part time contract basis . The Accounts Payable Officer will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of supplier and partner payments, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, and supporting the organisation’s day-to-day financial operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

The role has the following duties:

Invoice Processing: Enter and match invoices in IFS, process expense claims,



and maintain accurate records for weekly pay runs and cashflow forecasting.

Payroll Payments: Process superannuation, payroll tax, Workcover, PAYG withholding, and wages payments.

Supplier Management: Maintain supplier records, resolve payment queries, and issue remittance advice as needed.

Credit Card Administration: Record and reconcile transactions and follow up with managers for supporting documentation.

Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile multiple accounts including cheque, NDT, online saver, and USD.

What are we looking for?

Experience with IFS or similar ERP/finance systems

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Ability to liaise confidently with managers, suppliers, and HR

There is considerable scope for training for the right individual, however at present we need someone capable of managing their own workload.
