Troocoo are supporting a key Queensland Government client to recruit multiple Customer Experience Officers (AO2) across contact centre, front counter and administration teams.
This is a high-volume recruitment campaign and an excellent prospect for candidates with strong customer service, call centre or administration experience looking to gain or continue their experience within Queensland Government.

About the Role
As an AO2 Customer Experience Officer, you will join a high-performing customer service environment, supporting customers across multiple service channels.
Team placement will be determined following interview, and candidates must be open to working across any of the below:
- Contact Centre: High-volume inbound calls, enquiries and customer support
- Front Counter: Face-to-face customer service, transactions and student support
- Applications: Application processing, data entry and outbound enquiries
Key Responsibilities
- Managing high volumes of customer enquiries via phone and/or face-to-face channels
- Providing accurate information,
advice and resolutions
- Processing applications, requests and system updates with a high level of accuracy
- Handling customer interactions with empathy, professionalism and efficiency
- Working within established KPIs and service level targets
- Maintaining accurate records across multiple systems
About You
To be successful, you will ideally bring:
- Experience in customer service, contact centre, administration or retail environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Confidence navigating multiple systems and technology
- A flexible approach and willingness to work across different customer service teams
- Candidates on working holiday visas are encouraged to apply
Mandatory Requirements
- Be available to attend a group interview onsite at South Bank on Thursday 27 August
- Be fully available for the entire contract period from 14 September to 6 November 2026
- Be able to provide two professional references
- Be willing and able to successfully complete a Criminal History Check (CHC)
- Be open to placement across any of the available teams
- Be able to travel to Brisbane locations as required
