MR ROSES is a market leader in online fresh flower gifts, delivering beautiful floral products to customers across Australia. We are looking for a passionate, reliable and detail-focused Florist / Floral production crew to join our in-store floral team.

This is a fantastic prospect for someone who loves flowers, takes pride in their work and thrives in a busy, hands‑on environment where quality, presentation and customer experience matter.

About the Role

Initially, this is a 4-day-per-week casual position , with opportunities for additional hours during our busiest seasonal periods.

You’ll be an important part of our daily floral production, helping ensure every order that leaves MR ROSES is fresh, beautifully presented and prepared to our high standards.

Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include:

- Receiving fresh flower product and preparing flowers for production
- Moving flowers between cold storage and production areas
- Preparing flowers and ensuring they meet our freshness and quality standards
- Preparing and packing customer orders according to MR ROSES design guides
- Assisting with inventory control and stock management to minimise waste and maintain availability
- Meeting daily production and quality targets
- Demonstrating strong knowledge of our products and services
- Booking and coordinating courier drivers
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe studio environment
- Working efficiently to meet time-sensitive production and delivery requirements

About You





We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, dependable and takes genuine pride in their work.

You’ll ideally have:

- Some previous experience handling flowers or working in floristry
- A genuine passion for flowers and beautiful presentation
- Excellent attention to detail and high personal standards
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confidence working with stock, orders and time‑sensitive logistics
- Sound computer skills and experience using a Mac
- The ability to work efficiently and independently while following established processes and industry standards
- A positive, can‑do attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
- A strong team mentality and pride in keeping a clean, safe and well‑run studio

Starting Hours

Casual position — General Retail Award

As a starting guide:

- Monday: 7:00am – 1:00pm
- Tuesday: 7:00am – 1:00pm
- Friday: 7:00am – 1:00pm
- Saturday: 8:00am – 12:00pm

Hours can be flexible for the right person, with additional hours available during peak seasonal periods.
