Vinnies Victoria is currently looking for a talented Retail Duty Manager to join our vibrant team at Frankston. In this role, you will lead a team of staff and volunteers who are just as passionate about giving back to their communities as you are. Key responsibilities
- Leading our volunteer team to deliver a memorable experience with our customers
- Striving for, meeting and beating sales targets
- Training and supporting our dedicated team of volunteers
- Perform the physical demands of the role, including standing/walking for extended periods,
safely moving loaded cages, bales and furniture and lifting/carrying items up to 15kg
