We are currently seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Guest Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable stay from check-in to check-out.

This role will also include shifts at The Sebel Canberra Campbell , providing variety and exposure across two of The Sebel Canberra’s properties.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
- Process reservations and room assignments accurately
- Ensure the lobby and public areas are clean and presentable at all times




- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain knowledge of hotel policies and procedures

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a quick-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of hotel reservation systems is a plus
- Must be legally authorized to work in Australia
