Join the dynamic team at the Westend Market Hotel as a Casual Gaming and TAB Attendant . Based in the vibrant suburb of Sunshine, VIC 3020, this role offers the opportunity to be part of a thriving hospitality and gaming environment. As a Casual Gaming and TAB Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and managing the gaming and TAB operations within the hotel.

What you’ll be doing

- Greeting and assisting customers with all their gaming and TAB needs in a friendly and professional manner
- Ensuring the gaming and TAB areas are well-maintained, organised and adhering to all relevant policies and procedures
- Accurately handling cash and managing transactions related to gaming and TAB operations
- Identifying and addressing any customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner
- Supporting the overall operations of the hotel by assisting with other duties as required

What we’re looking for

- Proven experience in a customer service or gaming attendant role, preferably within the hospitality industry
- Must be available to work days, weekends, nights and overnights.




- Strong numeracy skills and the ability to accurately handle cash and transactions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace
- A flexible and adaptable approach, with the willingness to take on additional duties as required
