Imperial Surf on the Gold Coast is seeking a practical handyman to assist with ongoing maintenance in a high-rise building in Surfers Paradise. The role focuses on painting and general maintenance, with preparation and finishing skills essential. No travel between sites; all work at one property.

Key duties include painting walls and common areas, plaster repairs, patching, sanding, minor carpentry, fittings repair, silicone and sealing, and keeping areas tidy around residents and guests.
