About the Role
This is a combined Practice Management and Marketing Engagement position where you’ll support both the clinical team and business growth.
You will be trusted to identify opportunities for improvement, enhance efficiency, ensure compliance, and improve service quality.
Hours: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday 8:30 am – 5:30 pm; Thursday and Friday 4.5 hours a day
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the clinic and ensure smooth workflow across all areas.
- Lead and support the team while collaboratively working with Dr Wei.
- Manage appointment scheduling and staffing requirements.
- Coordinate staff onboarding, training and performance support.
- Act as the primary point of contact for patient enquiries or concerns.
- Ensure compliance with workplace legislation and healthcare regulations.
- Maintain clinic policies, procedures and accreditation readiness.
- Liaise with external providers including outsourced laboratory providers, accounts, suppliers and contractors.
- Support billing and financial administration.
- Assist with business growth initiatives, including community engagement, and facilitating provider seminars.

- Great communication skills
- Previous management experience in a dental or medical practice
- Reliability and strong attention to detail
- Leadership and people management skills
- Experience with billing, processing accounts, reporting and reconciliation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Professional presentation and a caring, patient-focused approach
Desirable Qualifications
- Diploma of Practice Management, Business Administration or related qualification.
- Experience within specialist medical practice management
