The Rosehill Hotel is located in the heart of Rosehill, on Parramatta Road. The property has been recently refurbished and offers traditional pub-style accommodation with up-to-date amenities, TAB and bar. Located close to Sydney Olympic Park and Parramatta.

What you'll be doing

- Greeting and serving customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Adhering to all relevant licensing laws and regulations
- Working collaboratively with the wider hospitality team to ensure a positive customer experienceDelivering outstanding customer service at all times
- Performing basic maintenance and service on poker machines
- Handling cash transactions accurately and responsibly




- Responding to guest enquiries and resolving issues on the gaming floor
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across the venue

What we're looking for

- Current Valid RSA/RCG/Advanced RCG/TAB Compliance certificates
- Strong customer service skills are essential coupled with a fun and outgoing personality.
- Flexible availabilities as there will be varying shifts each week
- Experienced in tab and keno operations
- Gaming service and knowledge of gaming machines
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience working in hospitality/pubs and clubs
- Experience is highly regarded but willing to train the right candidate
