Casual | Immediate Start | Up to 20 Hours Per Week | Weekdays Only

What You’ll Do

You’ll visit early learning centres and deliver our fun, structured programs to children aged 0–5 years .

Depending on your strengths, sessions may include:

- Sport and movement
- Music, rhythm and dance
- Games and active play
- Coordination and gross motor activities
- Imaginative play and movement

Our programs are pre-written and structured , so you don't need to spend your evenings planning lessons. We provide the equipment, resources and training — you bring the energy!

What We’re Looking For

You’ll be someone who is:

- Energetic, enthusiastic and confident working with young children
- Comfortable leading groups and getting involved in the activities
- Passionate about sport, music, dance, fitness, teaching or early childhood
- Reliable, organised and able to work independently
- Positive, encouraging and inclusive
- Comfortable being a little silly — bunny hops encouraged!

Experience working with children aged 0–5 is highly regarded , but we’re also interested in people with the right attitude and transferable experience.





What You’ll Need

- Current Employee Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Ability to travel between early learning centres across Ballarat
- Understanding of early childhood environments is highly regarded
