About The Program

Our graduate program is designed to support students as they transition from study to work. With support from a dedicated team, you will build relationships with peers and experienced leaders, develop technical skills on the job, and complete relevant development activities that build your skilled capability and set you up for a long-term career at Suncorp.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements

- Full working rights in Australia*
- Completing at least a bachelor’s degree at an Australian University
- Graduated 2024 or 2025 or graduating in 2026.
