- 1、Provide technical support, troubleshooting and product consultation to local distributors, authorised service providers, dealers and DIY channels.
- 2、Support partners with product installation, diagnosis, repair, technical training and complex issue resolution.
- 3、Provide technical feedback and recommendations on products, applications and local market requirements to HQ teams.
- 4、Promote and implement Mammotion’s technical, after-sales processes and KPI requirements across local distributors and service providers.
- 5、Monitor partner service performance, follow up on KPI gaps and support continuous improvement.
- 6、Work closely with HQ R&D;, Product, Quality and After-Sales teams to resolve technical and product issues.
- 7、Provide on-site technical support, training and field troubleshooting when required.
- 8、Domestic and occasional international business travel is required.





- 1、Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Robotics or related fields.
- 2、Experience in FAE, technical support, after-sales, robotics, IoT, consumer electronics or related industries is preferred.
- 3、Solid independent thinking, judgement, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- 4、Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- 5、Strong sense of ownership, proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- 6、Fluent English is required. Chinese/Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Thai or other languages are a plus.
