We are looking for an experienced Client Success Manager to join the team in Melbourne/Geelong.
- Client Success Managers (CSMs) are responsible for delivering revenue growth in 1 or more client accounts.
- For their client, they are the key representative the delivery organisation and are responsible for coordinating all activities and personnel within their account(s).
- CSMs are core to the development and delivery of strategic objectives and financial goals.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent senior experience
- 8+ years in technology service delivery and leadership roles
- Experience with government clients preferred
- ITIL Foundations certification preferred
- Outstanding executive communication skills

- Serve as the executive Single Point of Contact for all account delivery

- Oversee performance against SLAs, financial targets, and client satisfaction
- Drive continuous improvement and strategic growth for the account
- Prepare and deliver executive presentations for key governance forums
