Our client is a global ecommerce accelerator helping ambitious brands grow across performance media, marketplaces and D2C channels. They combine data, tech and strategy to drive measurable growth for some of the world's most recognisable names.

We're looking for a strategic, commercially minded Senior Account Manager who's ready to lead clients and shape their digital growth stories.

What You'll Do

- Act as the primary contact for 8-9 high-profile clients, building trusted relationships through regular face-to-face meetings, digital check-ins and proactive communication
- Support channel teams with strategic direction, making sure every initiative aligns with each client's overarching business goals
- Act as the project manager, scheduling work, managing timelines and ensuring seamless delivery across teams
- Oversee campaign delivery across channels, making sure scope, timelines, budgets and KPIs are met
- Identify and present current growth opportunities that deliver measurable impact for clients

What You Bring

- 3+ years' account management experience in a digital or full-service agency




- Genuine direct-to-consumer (D2C) or ecommerce client experience, brands sold through their own online channels, not just through third-party retailers
- Expertise across SEM, Social Advertising and SEO
- Confidence creating reports from Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta
- A confident presenter and communicator with strong commercial acumen
- An analytical mindset, you love connecting data to meaningful client outcomes
- Proven ability to lead multi-channel teams and manage complex projects
