About the role
As a Service Planning Coordinator, you'll play a key role in shaping health services by analysing community health needs, identifying service gaps, and bringing together the voices of consumers, communities, and stakeholders. Working collaboratively across the organisation and with external partners, you'll help drive evidence-based planning that supports better healthcare delivery and measurable outcomes for our communities.

About you
To excel in this position, you will have:
- previous experience working in the health or community services sector
- knowledge and experience in contemporary population/public health planning
- demonstrated experience in the collection, management, competency in data analysis (qualitative and quantitative) and reporting of health and service information
- demonstrated ability to prepare clear and accurate reports that effectively interpret and represent qualitative and quantitative data for a range of audiences.
- demonstrated experience in consumer and community engagement and collaboration
- strong communication skills with the ability to tailor spoken/written communication accurately and effectively
- experience in taking initiative for their own work to ensure a high quality of work is produced and outcomes met in a timely fashion while remaining a cooperative as team member
- knowledge of and commitment to Work Health and Safety, Equal Employment Opportunity, Cultural Safety, and Continuous Improvement principles
- undergraduate and/or postgraduate degree in public health, social science, psychology, community development, or related field and a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a service planning role (or similar) - desirable.
