Fund Operations Associate | Sydney CBD | Full-time

Fund Operations Associate role with a boutique asset manager in Sydney CBD. You'd support operations across their local and offshore funds, working with the Fund Operations Manager and Head of Operations.

Fund operations:

- Trade lifecycle, execution to settlement
- Unit pricing reviews and unit registry oversight
- Monthly reporting to investors, consultants, platforms and research houses
- Management fee reviews and rebate administration
- Daily ASX monitoring and disclosures
- Wholesale certificate register updates
- Responding to investor queries
- Year end process and regulatory reporting
- Maintaining policies and procedures
- Process improvement and risk reduction

Distribution:

- Monthly investor reports
- Website fund info updates
- Competitor analysis
- Ad-hoc distribution team support

What suits:

- Degree in finance, accounting, business or similar
- Fund admin, fund accounting or investment operations experience a plus, not essential
- Robust attention to detail and problem solving
- Comfortable using AI tools
- Wants a long-term career in fund ops
