About the Role As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support to people with disabilities, helping them live independently and participate in their community. Key responsibilities include:
Providing personal care and daily living support Supporting clients with community access and social activities Assisting with meal preparation and household tasks
Supporting mobility and transfers as required Following individual support plans and maintaining accurate case notes Assisting with medication in accordance with relevant policies and procedures
Promoting dignity, independence, choice, and respect About You
We are looking for someone who is: Caring, patient, reliable, and respectful Experienced in disability or aged care support
Able to work independently and as part of a team Solid in communication and documentation Flexible with availability, including weekends and various shifts
Essential Requirements Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, or equivalent NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working with Children Check NDIS Worker Orientation Module First Aid and CPR
Manual Handling training Current Australian driver’s licence Reliable vehicle with appropriate insurance
