Join a high-performing Professional Services team delivering impactful, project-based work across diverse customer environments in Hobart.

As a Senior Systems Engineer, you'll tackle complex Microsoft and infrastructure solutions that directly shape client success-where your expertise is trusted, your input matters, and your work has visible impact.

In this role you will:

- Deliver end-to-end project implementations across Microsoft and infrastructure technologies, including Microsoft Teams Calling and collaboration solutions
- Deploy, configure, and optimise solutions aligned to customer environments and best practice
- Act as an escalation point for technical issues during design and implementation phases
- Produce and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including designs and site schematics
- Communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders clearly and effectively
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer environments and contribute to broader business outcomes

About You

- Experienced IT professional, ideally within a consulting or professional services workplace
- Solid networking knowledge to support end-to-end solution delivery is advantageous.
- Proven ability to deliver project-based work across multiple clients and environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
