Danone seeks an experienced HR Manager - Operations for our Kiewa manufacturing site in Victoria. Reporting to the Head of HR, with a dotted line to the Plant Manager, you will lead the site's people agenda, provide trusted HR advice to leaders, and help create a positive, high‑performing workplace culture.

This strategic partner role will lead a Site Administrator and collaborate with stakeholders across Australia and Current Zealand, driving capability building, talent reviews and remuneration
