This is an exciting opportunity to be a member of a high-performing People and Culture team that supports the NSW Health Executive workforce. Working closely with senior leaders, you will support the provision of workforce advice and processes, drive executive recruitment services and support effective decision-making. You will also have an opportunity to participant in projects, build strong partnerships, and contribute to workforce initiatives that make a real difference. What you will be doing

- Provide strategic HR business partnering and expert workforce advice to support organisational objectives, workforce capability, and business outcomes across NSW Health.
- Lead end-to-end executive talent acquisition and employment services, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, governance requirements, and best-practice workforce standards.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder partnerships, delivering high-quality recruitment, employment, and workforce management solutions for senior leaders.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, service excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with leaders to strengthen workforce capability, providing expert guidance on talent strategies and identifying opportunities to enhance workforce outcomes.
- Deliver strategic workforce initiatives, policy advice, and projects, including research, analysis, reporting, and recommendations that support informed decision-making and sustainable workforce practices.

About you

We are seeking motivated and committed individuals who can support the work of NSW Health with:

- Collaborates effectively with colleagues and contributes positively to a supportive, high-performing team culture.
- Sound knowledge of employment legislation, policy frameworks, and governance requirements, with the ability to provide expert advice to senior stakeholders.
- Experience delivering executive recruitment, employment, or workforce management services in a complex environment.
- Proven ability to lead team performance, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality outcomes within agreed timeframes.




- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
- Current knowledge of talent acquisition and HR policies, practices, and frameworks across NSW Health and the public sector.
