The Role

You will lead a dedicated team delivering high-quality mail, document, file management, and retention and disposal services that support the department's business objectives and legislative obligations.

- Providing clear direction, coaching, and ongoing support.
- Coordinating training,



developing multi-skilling opportunities, and fostering a collaborative team culture.
- Building capability and confidence while ensuring exceptional service delivery.
