Department: Home Agency Family Violence - Wangaratta
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive risk and needs assessments
- Providing crisis response and safety planning
- Supporting clients to develop life skills and access personal care
- Advocating for access to housing, employment, education, and other essential services
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver coordinated support
What We’re Looking For:
- Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline (or currently studying)
- A robust understanding of family violence and its impact on victim survivors, particularly children
- Commitment to working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Current Victorian Working with Children Check and National Police Check
