Working closely with the CEO, COO and senior leadership team , you will provide the financial insight, analysis and commercial support that helps shape business decisions and future growth.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the COO, you will play a key role in supporting the financial performance of the business through high-quality reporting, forecasting, financial controls and commercial analysis.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Partnering with the CEO, COO and leadership team to support strategy and commercial outcomes
- Providing financial insights, feasibility analysis and financial modelling to support growth
- Preparing and maintaining budgets, forecasts and management accounts
- Monitoring financial performance and analysing variances
- Supporting continuous improvement and cost-control initiatives
- Maintaining strong internal controls, governance and risk-management processes
- Providing accurate cash-flow reporting




- Supporting payroll and accounts teams across key processes and accountabilities
- Assisting with banking, funding, capital expenditure, project feasibilities and financial due diligence
- Supporting financial systems and reporting improvements

About You

We are looking for a commercially minded, technically strong and detail-oriented accountant who enjoys partnering with people across an organisation.

You will be comfortable moving beyond the numbers — translating financial information into clear, practical insights that support decision-making, operational performance and growth.

You will ideally bring:

- Experience in a Financial Accountant role, preferably within healthcare, labour hire, aged care or another multi-site/multi-state environment
- Strong experience across management reporting, budgeting and forecasting
- Experience with MYOB Acumatica Enterprise
- Strong understanding of financial controls, systems and governance
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- The ability to lead, support and mentor others
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance or Commerce
