Think Renewable is building out our Brisbane sales team. We're looking for people-people—the ones who naturally light up a room, strike up conversations without thinking twice, and don't let a "no" slow them down. Key responsibilities

Getting out across Brisbane, starting genuine conversations with homeowners

Qualifying interest and booking appointments for our Solar & Battery Consultants

Smashing daily targets with your team alongside you and live coaching pushing you forward

Building a sales toolkit that travels with you anywhere in your career: objection handling, rapport building, closing, resilience

Working a dedicated patch every day with structure, support, and serious earning potential

About you

Someone who makes friends with a stranger in the first five minutes

Competitive, whether that's sport, gaming, or just being the best on the floor

The kind of person who shakes off a bad moment and comes back stronger





Ready to actually get paid what your energy and effort is worth

No experience needed—if the personality is there, we'll build the skill set around it

Previous experience in Hospitality, Retail, Events and Promotions, Brand Ambassador, Sport and Fitness, Customer Service, Direct Sales, Real Estate, Call Centres, Bars and Clubs, or Tour and Travel is valued but not required

$70,000–$95,000 OTE, top performers pushing well beyond that
