About the Role:

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior People Operations Advisor to join a high-performing People and Culture team during a period of significant activity and change. Working across the broader organisation, you will partner closely with People Partners and leaders to provide practical and commercially focused HR support across a wide range of people matters.

The role has been created to provide additional capability during a busy period that includes a major performance and remuneration cycle, employee engagement activity, reward program changes and a range of business led people initiatives. You will support managers with performance conversations, employee relations matters, workforce changes, employee lifecycle activities and leadership coaching while contributing to broader people projects and priorities.





This position offers excellent exposure across multiple business functions and provides a strong development opportunity for an experienced advisor looking to operate at an emerging People Partner level. While complex employee relations matters will be supported by specialist capability, you will be trusted to independently manage smaller end-to-end pieces of work and deliver quality outcomes for stakeholders.

About You:

You are an experienced Senior HR Advisor, or HR Operations Specialist, with progressive generalist HR experience, gained within fast-paced and commercially focused environments. You have developed strong capability across performance management, employee life cycle operations, organisational change, remuneration, HR projects, engagement and general people advisory support. You are confident coaching managers, influencing stakeholders and navigating competing priorities while maintaining professionalism, sound judgement and confidentiality. You enjoy working in broad roles where ownership, initiative and practical problem solving are valued.

You will bring:

- Experience as a Senior HR Advisor, in HR Operations, or hands-on HR Business Partner or generalist experience from a medium-sized, fast-paced, evolving, highly regulated, corporate environment
- Strong working knowledge of Australian employment legislation and contemporary employment practices
- Experience supporting performance,



remuneration or incentive processes
- The ability to independently deliver people initiatives or HR project outcomes
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and relationship building skills
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset with the ability to operate in a changing environment
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Employment Relations, Business, Psychology or a related discipline
