About the Role

We are excited to be recruiting for a full time experienced and passionate Fertility Nurse. In this role you will work directly with our Director of Fertility, Dr Ben Kroon and his team, providing clinical care and support to patients undergoing fertility treatment.

As a Fertility Nurse at Eve Health, you will be instrumental in guiding patients through each phase of their fertility journey, starting from initial consultations to treatment and beyond. Collaborating closely with Dr Ben Kroon, our fertility partner Monash IVF and our patient support team, you will deliver exceptional clinical care at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive support to patients throughout their fertility treatment journey, including pre-treatment, active treatment and post-treatment phases.




- Work closely with Dr Kroon to customise treatments and care plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient.
- Communicate clinical results and treatment outcomes effectively.
- Collaborate with Dr Kroon's administrative team and the broader fertility administration team to ensure exceptional patient service.
- Accurately maintain patient records, manage clinical data entry and perform general administrative tasks related to the role.

This position works a Monday through Friday roster, without on call duties or weekend work.

About You:

- Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years’ experience.
- Up to date and current registration with AHPRA.
- Experience in IVF nursing, midwifery, or women’s health is essential.
- Scanning experience is preferred.
- Proficient in providing primary nursing care to patients.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage sensitive information with care and confidentiality.
- A collaborative spirit with a adaptable approach.
- Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
