Mondelez International is seeking a My Rewards (Perks) Advisor to partner with the People Team across Australia and New Zealand. In a 12-month fixed-term contract, you will drive end-to-end benefits operations and continuously improve service delivery for ANZ employees.
You will manage benefits programs, ensure compliance, collaborate with external partners, and contribute to a rewards strategy aligned with market trends while supporting a shared services model.
