We are a leading sheet metal manufacturing company in Brisbane, and we're looking for a dedicated Welder to join our team for the afternoon shift (2:00 PM - 10:15 PM). If you have a passion for welding and want to be part of a dynamic, growing team, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities:

- Reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints & specifications
- Polishing Stainless Steel / working with stainless steel and aluminium.
- Position, align, and secure parts and materials using clamps, jigs, and other tools.
- Operate welding equipment (such as MIG,



TIG, and arc welders) to fuse metal components.
- Cut, bend, and shape metal materials using hand tools, power tools, and machinery.
- Inspect welds and structural components for accuracy, strength, and quality.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines.
- Ensuring quality control standards are met
- Adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines

Skills & Experience:

- AQF Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade or relevant or equivalent or higher qualification
- At least 3 years' work experience
- Experience in the fabrication of rainwater goods (rainwater heads, sumps) highly advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently or within a team
