The position is based in the Central Coast with an office in Erina. Full-time and part time options available with flexibility in start date.
What you will be doing:
- Diverse caseload of elderly and NDIS clients
- Office, WFH and community working with your caseload created around your home location
- Evidence-based assessment and therapy for individuals with communication and swallowing disorders
- Liaising with other team members and external stakeholders
Why this role:
- Earn between $80,000 - $110,000 + super
- Work collaboratively with other Speech Pathologists as well as Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists
- Weekly Career development sessions and team meetings
- Structured shadowing and induction period
- Mentoring either weekly or fortnightly with an Experienced Speech Pathologist
- Phone and Laptop provided
- Access to pool cars for full-time team members
- Ongoing support with an approachable and supportive management team
- No billable targets with a focus on quality therapy!

Requirements/Skills
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- SPA membership
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
- Drivers licence
