Positive People HR in Melbourne's SE Suburbs seeks an HR & OHS Coordinator to support recruitment, employee experience and safety compliance while working closely with the HR Manager and site leaders. This hands-on role covers end-to-end onboarding, contracts, Fair Work statements, safety inspections and the management of a casual contractor pool, with opportunities to impact culture.

The ideal candidate is a recent graduate with a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Human Resources and a Certificate
