Calvary is seeking a Team Leader to support the Clinical Care Coordinator and Registered Nurse in supervising and coordinating resident care across the home. You will ensure each resident's needs, wishes and goals are met in a caring, respectful setting.
You will lead and supervise care on shifts, manage medication-related tasks within the scope of your qualification, and work within Calvary's policies to deliver high-quality, person-centred care in a mission-based organisation.
