In the role of Associate, you’ll join NAB’s Treasury team that’s doubling down on keeping it easy.

Each day you will go above and beyond to:

- Support the application and review of NAB’s funds transfer pricing framework, driving optimal balance sheet outcomes.
- Develop relationships and work closely with key stakeholders including other Treasury teams, Finance, Bankers, Product, Pricing, and Risk.
- Drive continuous improvement of processes, uplifting governance, controls and efficiency.
- Proactively manage risk and adhere to all governance and compliance requirements, escalating events as required.

What you will bring:

- Demonstrated experience Financial Markets, Finance or Treasury.
- Ability to engage and negotiate with influence across a wide range of stakeholders.
- Proven organisational skills with strong attention to detail.




- Strong communication skills and team player.
- Analytical, financial modelling skills, numeracy and forecasting ability.
- Strong time management and ability to manage competing priorities.
