About You

We’re seeking passionate, hands‑on leaders with McDonald’s (or QSR/fast food) experience and a strong customer and team focus.

You will bring:

- Proven experience in McDonald’s or a similar fast-paced QSR environment
- Strong operations, team management and coaching skills
- Familiarity with McDonald’s systems including RDM, QSC&V;, and compliance
- Great communication, personal presentation, and people leadership
- A focus on procedures, safety, and delivering consistent service
- A collaborative approach and desire to grow within a multi-store group

Your Key Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional customer experience and uphold QSC&V; standards
- Lead teams to hit KPIs and achieve performance goals
- Coach and develop staff using McDonald’s core systems
- Execute marketing campaigns and new initiatives effectively
- Manage compliance with McDonald’s and workplace legislation
- Lead staffing, engagement, and succession planning
- Ensure workplace safety is upheld in all operations
